“Don’t fall for Halloween’s tricks; rather, call on God for His TREATS!”
Last Sunday’s service, I was surprisingly appreciated, due to October pastor’s appreciation month. With THANKS, it’s an honour to serve and unify our Godly dedication to one another. The message was “Virtues of a Godly man” and I humbly pray to do my best to measure up. Representative Deacon Ola’s message, outlined that the Christian moral life is one that seeks to cultivate and practise virtue; a habitual and firm disposition to do good. An effective moral life demands the practise of both human and theological virtues of which the Bible outlines: faith, hope, and love… “And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.” 2 Peter 1:5-7
Enjoy these wonderful photos of reflection.
