Sunday’s exuberant worship of praise reengaged with the absolute truth of God’s word from Romans 1. No doubt, we are living in a world of deception, that leads us to the “Consequences” of God’s holy wrath, according to verse 18. As we bible-studied through the passage against sinful humanity (Romans 1:18-32), we heard the voice of God declaring the truth about His created sensuality on males and females. It is He who created and fashioned our moral values against promiscuity. We observed from fornication to adultery to same-sex relations, they are “detestable’ in the eyes of God, whether we practice or approve (verse 32). We are warned further in verse 18 about suppressing the truth by our wickedness. Regarding the controversial and divided topic of same-sex, here are the biblical passages, and as we learned and know, we are to Love (Agape) whomsoever, yet we are to detest whatsoever that is against Biblical truths. God’s wisdom must guide us in our loving but firm approach.
